How Powerful Are Words?

What words mean to me varies on what you’re saying to me.  If it’s something that will hurt my feelings, I’ll show you it doesn’t offend me.  I know you’re only trying to get to me.  If it’s something nice, I’ll thank you for the compliment.  Sometimes people do not understand how powerful words can be.  A lot of times they speak before thinking about what they’re going to say.  They also say some of the meanest things to loved ones.  How will you know you’re going to see them again and be able to apologize even if you don’t mean to say it?  Also a simple “I Love You” or “How was your day” could also change someone’s day around.  A lot of times you have no idea what someone else is going through.  Asking can inform you of a lot of things you had no idea about.
